Natalie Fryar, Australia’s ‘Sparkling Queen’, established Bellebonne with a singular focus: to craft sparkling wines that capture the elegance and purity of Tasmania. Alongside her, Hugh McCullough of Wellington & Wolfe brings his passion for aromatic, expressive Reisling and a spirit of curiosity shaped by a love of history and adventure. While the styles are distinct, both are driven by the same commitment to authenticity, sustainability, and pushing boundaries while honouring tradition.
